Returns & refunds

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU distance-selling rules, counted from the day you receive the item. Notify us at pablo.acosta@usha.se before returning. The item must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. We refund the purchase including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return or proof that it has been sent. You cover the cost of return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.
